Armoured thermo-acoustic window with lift and slide

Armoured thermo-acoustic window with a double seal. The window is made to measure in steel painted in an oven at a temperature of 180° with polyester powder and is completely covered in solid wood with a thickness of 15 mm, screwed in all its parts, for a total thickness of 85/110 mm.

The wood treatment is carried out with an anti-mold and anti-woodworm stain, plus two coats of primer and RAL or water-based outdoor paint. The finishes are of a high quality level and without any visible screws. The window is designed for the insertion of armoured glass with a maximum thickness of 37 millimeters, protected by a glazing bead around the entire perimeter.

The lower rail is made of steel, 12 x 12 millimeters thick, with an aluminum cladding and side stops between mobile and fixed wood-clad steel doors. The window has a key lock on the inside. A handle activates a system of four lower "lifting and sliding" wheels and hooks three "front" steel bolts plus lower closure, which ensure anti-break-in attempts.
