Armoured thermoacoustic window

This armoured thermo-acoustic window is characterized by a double gasket and is made to measure in steel material, oven-baked, 180°, with polyester powder. The frame is completely covered in solid wood of 15 mm per side, screwed in all its parts, for a total thickness of 82 mm. The treatment of the wooden parts is carried out with anti-mold walnut and anti-woodworm impregnating paint, plus two coats of primer and water-based or RAL paint for outdoor use.

The finishes are of a high quality level and evidence of visible screws. There is a predisposition for the insertion of an armored glass with a maximum thickness of 37 mm, protected by a glazing bead on the entire perimeter.

The handle is of the Cremonese type and with a lock key it activates six 18 mm chromed steel bolts, sliding in nylon gaskets to ensure perfect operation over time. The bolts are placed in the following positions: two upper, two lower and two lateral. The lower ones fit into housings specially made in the frame. There are also special hinges to ensure precise handling. The hinges allow locking adjustment and 180° tilting of the door.
