Overhead doors
This made-to-measure construction has a steel structure reinforced with vertical and horizontal omega bars to ensure anti-breakage. The counterweights are made of steel sliding on pulleys with bearings and a "parachute" anti-fall system to prevent accidental rope breakage.
The sash is moved by means of radio-controlled automation and standard accessories (UNI 8612 standards). The "blocking" system (to be used for long periods of absence) with safety lock activates the steel locking bolts and disconnects the motor power supply line by means of a microswitch, to prevent accidental opening by radio control. The external cladding is made of different types of wood.
Pantographed marine plywood panels or handcrafted panels and custom shaped frames can be used. The interior cladding features smooth Tanganyika walnut panels. The lower edge is made of fine satin-finish stainless steel. The varnishing treatment of both metal and wood is carried out according to the requirements of the materials used.
